Job Title: Marketing and Sales Assistant

As a Marketing and Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the marketing and sales team in achieving their objectives. You will work closely with the marketing and sales managers to execute various strategies and campaigns to promote our products/services and drive sales growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

• Attend the showroom and provide customer service, offering information about the company's products or services.
• Support marketing activities such as creating and executing advertising campaigns, promotions, and marketing strategies.
• Conduct inventory management and maintain up-to-date databases.
• Take photographs of products for use on the company's website and other marketing materials.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events, establishing contacts and promoting products or services.
• Be available for travel as needed to participate in events or business meetings.
• Collaborate with the sales team in proposal development.
• Contribute to generating content for social media, blogs, or other communication channels.
• Conduct market and competition analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Maintain effective communication with various departments within the company to coordinate actions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• File invoices, orders, and shipments, and maintain general office organization to ensure an efficient filing system.
• Support additional administrative tasks as needed by the department or office.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper organization and storage of documentation.
• Adhere to confidentiality and privacy standards when handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English-Spanish)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service roles.
• Availability to travel as required.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media, and graphic design software (desirable).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to build effective interpersonal relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (desirable).
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles when necessary for sales and event activities.
